Welcome to
Canmore Collaborative Health
Canmore Collaborative Health is located on Treaty 7 Territory. This land has been stewarded by the Stoney Nakoda Nations of Wesley, Chiniki & Bearspaw; the Blackfoot Confederacy of the Piikani, Kainai, & Siksika; and the Tsuut'ina of the Dene people, as well as the Ktunaxa, Secwépemc, Dene, Mountain Cree, and Métis for many centuries. We acknowledge and respect this deep and long-standing relationship to the land on which we currently live, work and play.
Our Family, Caring For Yours
Excellence, Integrity, Compassion, Collaboration, and Respect are our core values. Our team is committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care to our patients.
We practice full-spectrum family medicine for all genders and ages. We would be happy to care for your entire family.
Our Clinic is Growing!
CCH is our second Clinic Location: As a result of our recruiting efforts, we outgrew our space at Mountain Maternity and Family Medicine.
Our focus is primary care & family medicine. It is located downtown Canmore in the Royal LePage Building, close to Harvest Cafe and Switching Gear.
The same great staff and physicians, but just in a different space!!
And for added convenience, our location also includes Canmore Pharmacy, an independent full-service pharmacy.
New Primary Care Providers
New Physician: We are proud to welcome Dr. Tenley Noone to our clinic; she is accepting patients currently.
Nurse Practitioner: We are also excited to welcome Bekki Hamill to our Canmore Collaborative Health team; she is accepting patients as well!
For those already registered with our clinic and Pomelo, please book your New Patient appointment through Pomelo. Appointments become available on a regular basis, if nothing is showing, kindly keep checking back.
Locum-Run Care Model - Important Update
Patients of our Locum-Run Care Model will now be seen at Canmore Collaborative Health.
We are asking ALL patients on this Locum-Run Panel to book a New Patient Visit with one of our accepting providers. Having continuity of care with one physician is always the best option. We will likely need to close this panel completely eventually, so please book your New Patient Visit with a permanent provider.
For more information about this Care Model:
